error with product vBpage in arabic writing..

hi,
I have problem with the product vbPager, this hack is totally working with ajax 100% , and I enabel all ajax features also my hosting enable ajax..

I have the problem when i change the lang to Arabic the message didn't receive it, but, if i write in English it's received well ..
Some of professional mentioned to me there is problem with the hosting which is in Mod_security that check in english word and doesn't include Arabic word...

what is the solution, and if this problem from the server hostion what is the steps to solve ..?
