Add attachment as link

How can I create attachment link within a post?
The "Insert Hyperlink" is for URL only and the "Attach Files" is for additional files. What is the procedure to upload files (like ppt) and link them to my free text (such as list of names)?

I want to post a list of people which each of them (each name) will be a simple link to a unique power point presentation file.

Just use a list vBcode with url vBcodes within it then, and upload the ppt files to your server.
