Is there an addon available that puts RTMs into a webpage of sorts to allow other mods to view what action (if any) was taken?

Have had the situation where a mod moves a post RTM'd as being the the wrong forum, but the post actually was in the forum for a reason so mod moves it back. Next mod then comes along and thinks the RTM hasn't been actioned yet!
