Is it possible to make the Google ads transparent, so that it blends to my website template?
I am not able to match the exact color and hence the ad looks weird.
Are there any tools, where we can pick the color from any location on our website?

Getting it close but not exact might actually be the best bet.
Blending it completely is actually against Google Adsence's, and other ad providers mind you, Terms of Services. Blending it in makes it confusing for other people, oftentimes making them not want to come back, but again it is against your ad's TOS so I highly recommend not doing this.

I think he means that he wants the colours to match his style, so it doesn't look weird. That is allowed...

It would depend on how the adds are constructed.
If it is just an image, or flash file, then you really can't do it.
If it is an HTML, theere might be a css there that can be overridden with local code.
I'm not familiar with Google Ads, so I can't say for certain.

Google Ads (adsense) allow you to modify the colours. You just have to simply change the hex codes in the javascript they provide you with.
