Actually I have an idea

Why not to make Radio for the forum , that the Admin can talk through it and the users can lestin him

It is like shoutcast hack , but I mean that we can talk through it also :)

why can't you just install ShoutCast and start ur own radio and u can have master login so you can talk w.e you want other time play songs!
