I make test to send email for one member from vbulletin admincp
email go to junk mail and look with red color
this is my first time to use it and all new
server new
domain new
I don’t know why it go to junk mail
its just as newsletter for from
any way
are there any way to send it to inbox?

No, there is no way for you to control it. The issue is on the providers side and will vary from provider to provider. The only way would be to ask members to add the email address you are sending with to their "whitelist".
