I see the grafic of www.vbulletin.org,
the tab near the navbar:

is a mod that can do that or is a all graphic?

Really? o_O
I try to search on the title the word "navbar" and look for all the topic and don't find.

So sorry for that, I'll do a new search if it exist! ;)
