User Titles with HTML by Group

Hey There,

Is there anyway of allowing users to put HTML in their user titles without changing the option by hand for each one?

I would like to for just some usergroups?

Unfortunately, only administrators *can* change the HTML in marquees, they could obhiously change it themselves without HTML - in the UserCP section if they have neccesary permissions, but if there is HTML involved, like <b> or <i>, or <marquee>, an administrator will be required
