Forum - Post only, no thread

Is there a mod that can turn a forum to 'post only' that member can only reply to exisitng threads(created by admins) but cannot create new threads?

I've got a News forum that amins post news updates. I want to allow the members to discuss the news but not create their own threads since we have to make sure the info goes into the forum is always accuarte.

That can be done with standard vBulletin Forum Permissions for the users usergroup:

Can Post Threads: No
Can Reply to Own Threads: Yes
Can Reply to Others' Threads: Yes

Oh Cool, I overlooked that. I simply went in Forum Manager and couldn't find setting for individule forums. Thanks!
