Forum Home Display is Hacked

My forum home page display is HUGE in Internet Explorer yet shows up normal size in Firefox. It only applies to the forum home page, all subforums appear fine. What should I be looking for? This is serisouly annoying some of my members and I use firefox so I didnt notice. the Forum width in IE is about 25% larger than it should be

I dont think its hacked. Just some dodgy coding

It looks like your categories are overlapping your forum home table (see Screenshot)
