I'm not sure what you're asking. And judging by the fact that nobody else has responded, I don't think I'm alone.

Are you asking if it's possible for a user to choose which style they prefer to use? Basically like what is available here at vb.org?

If that's what you're asking, go to AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings > Allow Users To Change Styles > Yes

Yes. I would only like members to be able to change the style. Guests shall be forced to stick with one style.
