Personally, I find your theme very busy and colour usage very poor. A suggestion, I would rid the repeating "bird" background and calm things down a little on the visual front.

I dunno, I don't like the imagary or the way you used the colours. Also, I would replace the vbulletin stock images and opt for custom images which will compliment the theme of your site. :)
