How to Copy a Thread to Each of My Forums?

I've created a sticky welcoming everyone to my new board. But I'd like to know if there's a way to copy a thread to all forums in a single action, please do let me know.

I also have a bigger question. How can I have all replies shown throughout every copied message no matter what forum it was made in??? Or is this even possible?

You can post a welcome thread in each forum by using the announcement manager in the adminCP. Its not really a thread, but will suffice as a welcome/forums rules scenario.
As for replies to all threads... no idea whatsoever!
