How do i place an add on my forum.

How would i put a google adcence add in my forum i would like it below the navigation and above my anouncements.

Add at the bottom of the navbar template I think or under $navbar in FORUMDISPLAY template.

but then it just goes to the right and messes up my template and i cant get it centerd
