Anything that can show the current IP address of a connected user?

We are having an issue where a user gave his account and password to a suspended user but we have no way to prove this because the suspended user never posted on the site. From what I understand the IP address search that is built in only records the IP address when a post is made. So we would like to capture the ID at logon if that is possible.

I tried searching the forums for IP address but according to the search engine here "IP" doesn't meet the minimum requirement of 3 letters for a word in the search box.:)

Any help would be great.

Who's online shows the ipaddress of all currently connected users to those usergroups with permission.

Is there a hook/plugin to write that IP to a table? I am having similar problems as frob24 and want to log IPs also of those that do not post but log in with user and password.

the Who's online does show it but it only shows when the users are actually logged in. Is there a way to have this logged?
