Ok, so I enabled the reputation system. I looked through all the settings, and made several alterations to the "Reputation Altering Powers" factors. However, after enabling this - all my users still have rep altering powers of "Zero". I went to Maintenance>Update Counters>Rebuild User Reputation
This did nothing. I also tried rebuild user title & rank, still nothing.
How do I update everyone's rep altering powers?
