Need some graphics help! Buttons and icons

Hey guys

Im developing a black vbulletin skin.

I am having trouble with the defualt buttons and icons as they have a white border and it looks really flakey when on a black skin. Is there anywere i can get a set of icons and buttons on a transparent or black back ground? without havin to modify each button.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Im really looking for the icons though, the buttons i can make myself.

whos oline icons and such, drop down menu icons etc..
