moving cpanel folders

I want to put my forum in the main directory and not /forum directory so I moved it and I changed the configs to /public_html/ instead of /public_html/forums but now when I login it just takes me to the maintenance page again and doesn't log me in is there another setting I need to change?

You may want to check your table inside the database called "setting" there are two rows in there one is homeurl and bburl, check that out and then see if this works.

There is so inside the "TABLE" named setting see the screenshot, and it's a table, not a database :)
