hello all!
I am trying to find a mod/addon/plugin that before posting users must agree with the rules... If not they cannot post.
i have found some here but they are only for vb 3.0 and the ones which are for 3.5 arent working on 3.6 or arent available anymore...
I need one plugin like this one:

(or this one ported to 3.6)
If anyone could help me and lots of people that needs one of this i and they aprecitate!!
