In the postbit, it shows like Aug 2007
But how can i do it like 08-23-2007 ?

That detailed join date is in the profile, too...

vBulletin Options -> Date and Time Options -> Datestamp Display Option: Normal

You can then configure how you'd like dates and times formatted in the Format for Date and Format for Time fields.
