It's a few different hacks, I think. I see the Thank You hack and I think the template for the post is from the First Post on Every Page hack (I forget exactly what it is called). And then it looks like the Thank You hack is tied to whether you may see a part of the content. Sorry, I have neither of them installed so I can't help you with it.

He's using the First Post on Every Page modification and just modified the First Post template.

MSG him for the first post template edits hes been really greedy :( I know he took the time to make it but come on there is hundreds of forums out there
