how i can manage modcp

how i can setting out the features in modcp

for example I want the Moderators didn't see the members IP or block them

In Admincp:

Forums and Moderators > Show All Moderators > You will have to manage the moderators manually, any changes to Administrators will not count as most administrators will have a full modcp anyways.
