Removing links in posts from new users?

I have searched the site and can not find a Mod that will remove links in posts from new users. I would like to do this to help with spam control. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

After posting this question, a similar thread link on the bottom answered all my questions .... Be nice if the search engine was as good.
