Where is "..." replacement code ??

In the index page, on the lastthread title, the replacement code add "..." for the max. letters. But i want to change the max. letter and i cannot find the code...

Can somebody say where is that code ??

If you want to change the maximum number of characters displayed in the title:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options -> Last Thread Title Maximum Displayed Characters

The "..." is hard-coded i think in ./includes/functions.php fetch_trimmed_title()
