Please help my friends :(

My forum was working good.
But now many things is not woriking.

1.Quick Links(in navbar) in not working.

When i click on quick links i get - Mark forums read / Open buddy list (in navbar)

2.My toolbox is freeze. I cant click on smileys,cant change text size,font,color e.t.c

3.I cant change my language & my forum styles
