is there a hack that work like Microsoft excel & word coz i need to copy table & make them to ?

sorry iam a real bad speller

what i mean is like excel with the sort of tools like

like doing table with borders around the columns
& going across

or something that when i do table in excell. i can copy & past it looks the same
