3.6.8 - How to make the text box bigger in Quick Reply

How can i make the text box bigger in Quick Reply
it has been so smal when i upgrade the forum.

The SHOWTHREAD template must either be reverted to 3.6.8 default or the changes applied to it in 3.6.8 must be copied over.
