vB3.6 Products, Plug-ins, and code modifications.

How can I find a definitive list of vB3.6.8 Products, Plug-ins, and code modifications. I vcannot seem to actually search by specific version release so it is very difficult to find mods for my board version that are available. I figured I would ask as I may be overlooking something.

Each version has its own forums so either use the "Search this Section" dropdown or the Advanced Search page.

ther eis no way to narrow it down to vB3.6.8 Products though. It's just 3.6 sections which is a nightmare to search. I am trying to find a more enlightened means of finding mods for my specific version rather than sifting through tons of incomputable mods.

Most modifications released for any 3.6.x version will work also on later versions. The version noted with the modification is the version it is developed/tested on by the author. If a new vB version is released, most authors do not update the version number in their modification.

It was my understanding that may changes were made which cause incompatibility with 3.6.8 regarding the hooks and what not.

Many? No.
Some yes, but that would probably only affect a few modifications. You would need to ask in the thread of that modification if you want to be sure.
