Counter-Strike: Source Clan Stuff

I am looking at creating a clan site for a CSS. It is a military based clan and I am looking for Roster Modules. I believe I might have found a forum add-on for our membership applications and promotions exams but not sure if it will work.

I am using version 3.6.8. I just installed vBulletin on a local machine yesterday. Any help would be appreciated.

Roster hack for the roster, form hack for applications....

Promotion exams? Maybe form hack / awards system.
