Is there a guide for moderators?

Other than of course learning what we tell them and from experience, is there any kind of a guide or hack anyone has ever done to bring up a new mod to speed?

I just have a big long thread in our Staff forum (well, a couple of threads depending on what forum they are moderating). I don't know that anyone can write a guide for Moderators on your site except you. All forums are run differently. Also, every forum on your site may have specific moderating issues that need to be outlined and addressed.
