Renamed Admin/Mod CP Directories but now problems :/

I want into config.php and changed the respective names, then I renamed the directory folders too. However, I can access the AdminCP, but none of the features, and also when I logged out the CP it took me to a 404 page. I'm sure it's probably a case of more renaming, but I'm not sure where.
