Large avy after X amount of posts?

Hey i'm unsure if this is possible without a mod, if so could somebody let me know how to do it?

I've created a usergroup with a larger avy setting, but how do i set it so after 2,000 posts theyre automatically added to that usergroup. :cool:

Usergroup Promotions. THey are already built into vBuleltin.

Usergroups -> Usergroup Promotions.
