Change ALL users to receive email when PM is sent

Hi guys,
Any ideas on how to change all users options, so that when they receive an email, they receive a PM? I am talking about existing users who's default PM settings were set to no email received when a PM was sent, when they registered.

admincp --> Maintenance --> Execute SQL Query --> use the drop menu and select your desired option.
