View Full Version : Problem sendig mail to Normal Users

We recently changed from 1 host (bad service) to another one, i made a back up of all my files and uploaded them to my new host, eveything works fine except when i want to send a mass email to all the users it trhows an error message.

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.8:

if i try to send it to the mods or admins it goes trough smootly but this only happens when o try to send it to normal users...

any suggestion..?

MySQL Error : MySQL server has gone away

Im guessing your host has a timeout setting set to low on the server, due to the big amount of registered users, try emailing a smaller amount at one time, try 100 at a time.
