Chat Program for VB 3.6.8

Can somebody tell me what is the best most current chat program that works with VB 3.6.8? I have seen shoutbox on several VB forums but I am not sure if this works the best or which version to download.

Do NOT use this one if possible. Its extremely server intensive compared to the others.

I need one for VB 3.6.8 that one is for VB 3.5 what is wrong with the one that I was refering to ? will it work or does anybody now how that one works with 3.6.8
