Attatching a Style Sheet

I have just followed a tutorial on how to make a custom vB skin (This one (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/color_maps_forumhome)) but i dont know how to attatch my stylesheet and where to do it.

Look in the style manager to access the CSS component of it.
