Well i can't find the setting in the ACP where it allows users to be able to edit their posts. If you have a screen shot or a procedure to fix this please share with me. Thanks i really appreciate this!

It's in the usergroup manager section. Select the usergroup you wish to edit and find "Posting Permission."
