Avatar file size and dimensions

How can I modify the Avatar file size and the width and height dimensions that the users can upload in their User CP?

Permissions for this are assigned by usergroup in AdminCP-> Usergroups-> UsergroupManager

Select the usergroup you want to restrict/modify and scroll down to Picture Uploading Permissions
