Database error ! when ı send pm to members..

I use pmsender.. and my vbulletin version is 3.6.8..

When ı send pm ; ı see this error..ı can send to 5000 members.. but my forum is 17000 members..

error is :

This is a problem of the modifcation you are using. Please ask in the thread about this modification or contact the author for assistence.
