Can someone please tell me how to install a skin ?

Easy. Upload the Folder Of Images that came with it (It should say the theme's name for the folder name) into "images/styles". Then import the skin through the skin manager.

Not all skins go into images/styles.

When you purchased / found the skin, there should be instructions on how to install it.
