When I view whos online..why is that? I just updated to 3.6.8..should I worry?

He is most likely just viewing the AdminCP Login Screen. He is not in it. But for security reasons you should either (or both) move the AdminCP Directory or (And) password protect it.

move it where? and password protect it on the server?

Well, if you want the ACP Directory secured you could rename the directory, admincp, to (For example) mysecretadmindirectory. Just make sure you change the directory in includes/config.php, too. When I saw password protect I mean well, .htaccess protect the directory. But once again, I'm talking security wise. Basically, it's ok if a user is JUST viewing the ACP because, vBulletin won't let him change anything.
