WoW this is weird!!! Am I being hacked!

Hey everyone, well I wake up today and go to my site, and guess what I have 1 new registered user, with no posts, but still it's pretty good, now I look around on my site and I notice like 5 header menu links have DISAPPEARED!, I can't believe this, I have no idea where they had gone, I checked the header and the code is their and the menu buttons are being hosted, so what the heck is going on why are they gone?

Could I have been hacked in some way from this new user who made no posts and didn't fill in any stats like most users do.

What is going on?

It's unlikely that a hacker would come along and only be content with removing a few images from your navigation bar. Perhaps another admin did this by accident? Wish I could be of more help but that's all I got.
