Moderator Dropdown not working

I just tried installing this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=91014&highlight=moderator+dropdown) hack, but the moderator dropdown isn't appearing at all on the main page or anywhere else. Is it incompatible with the latest version of vBulletin?
