phpMyAdsNew vs vBAd Management

Hi,

Ok I really wanna get an ad banner system set up on my vBulletin board.

So ive seen 2 main ones, phpMyAdsNew and vBAd Management.

Can someone please tell me which is the best to use? or if theres a better one that will help.
