Best Reputation Mod

Hi,

I was just wondering if someone could tell me what the best Reputation mod is out there? Basically if im right thats the one where you can hit + or - rep, then type up why and you can see in the post the pips or whatever and also view who gave who it and why?

The Rep system comes default with vBulletin. There are a few addons to enhance the system tho.
