Tried on 3.6.8 and 3.6.5. This is a nice simple, yet professional blue skin for you forum.

Upload "Simple" to images/styles, then import XML file.

I see what you mean so I have made a style without the buttons, just download and install the xml file. And upload the nav.jgp two images/styles/simple/misc.:)
