Mass update of PM Notification via Email option

I looked in the user table and wasn't able to find the column for PM Notification via Email (I did find pmpopup though). Can anyone point me to the table that contains the PM Notification via Email option? I would like to set this flag for all forum users.

admincp --> maintenance --> Execute SQL Query --> drop menu and select ur option
