How to move poll below first post?

I have a contest where I want people to read all of the information before they vote. Is there a way to move the poll below the first post?

In fact this is a good one, I tend to vote high always cause I'm optimistic :)
But yes should be better to be in the bottom of the question... please let me know ;)
