Is there a hack or better yet simple coding to allow the Mars/Venus gender symbols next to someone's username in the postbit legacy?

Using the search feature of the board with just the word "gender" gave me this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=117973&highlight=gender) as about the tenth result.
