Board of the Month criteria

What criteria do everyone use when they cast their vote for BotM? Do you look more than just skin deep? (pun intended) Does the size of the membership matter to you? I'm just trying to figure out why people vote for the particular board that they vote for.

me too.. i look for stuff beyond downloading and installing a bunch of mods .. i especially like unique interesting skins and template mashups.

Board of the month? Unique skin, a lot of modifications. Something to worth the title. I don't like default skins or stock ones. When I see a unique one, then we almost have a winner (at least I vote for that)
